Joe H. Spalding
Life-long resident of Marion County and retired farmer. Joe currently serves as a Board Member for Inter County Energy Cooperative Corporation, and as a Board Member for East Kentucky Power Cooperative in Winchester, Kentucky. Joe has served on the Board of Directors for Farmers National Bank since 1992, and has served on the Marion County Industrial Foundation, Board of Directors since 2002.
