Dr. David George
A native of Lebanon with a distinguished family history, Dr. David George is the president of Family and Internal Medicine Associates and is on the Board of Directors of the Southern Kentucky Healthcare Alliance. He also serves as the medical director for the Village and Cedars of Lebanon nursing centers and is a member of the Spring View Hospital Board of Trustees.
In 2019, Dr. George co-chaired the MCIF Executive Search Committee along with Joe Spalding. That committee led an extensive national search for a new economic development director, which they found in Patrick Ford, who was hired last September.
