Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Press
Operator at our Lebanon, Kentucky facility. This role is essential it plays a critical role in our
production process by ensuring the precise and efficient operation of aluminum extrusion
equipment. This position directly supports our company’s goals of delivering high-quality aluminum
products to our customers on time and within specification.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate and maintain equipment/machinery as assigned
– Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures
– Accurately complete documentation and reports
– Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
– Support cross-functional teams and contribute to team goals
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Additional duties as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
Wage & Compensation:
Starting pay : as per salary grid
