Amaze Cultivation is hiring Grow Techs to join the cultivation team at our Lebanon, Kentucky production facility. The
Grow Tech plays an essential role in the daily care and maintenance of our cannabis plants, working in a clean-room
production environment with strict biosecurity, compliance, and quality standards. This is a hands-on, physically active
position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in plant care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform daily plant maintenance, including watering, feeding, pruning, defoliation, trellising, and transplanting.
• Use sharp objects (shears, scissors, trimming tools) safely and with precision throughout the workday.
• Use step stools and ladders to access and care for plants at varying heights.
• Monitor plants for pests, disease, deficiencies, and other irregularities; report concerns to the cultivation lead.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the cultivation rooms and equipment.
• Adhere to all Kentucky state cannabis compliance regulations, recordkeeping requirements, and seed-to-sale
tracking protocols.
• Follow strict biosecurity protocols at all times to prevent contamination, pests, or pathogens.
• Wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required for each task and area.
• Assist with harvest, drying, curing, and other cultivation cycle tasks as assigned.
• Support team operations and complete other duties as assigned by cultivation leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be at least 21 years of age (Kentucky cannabis industry requirement).
• Must successfully pass both a federal (FBI) and state (Kentucky BCI) background check; no disqualifying felony
convictions.
• Must obtain a valid Cannabis Business Employee Agent ID issued by the Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis prior
to beginning on-site work.
• Must be able to use sharp objects safely and confidently on a daily basis.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to climb and work from step stools and ladders.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be willing and able to follow strict biosecurity protocols and wear proper PPE.
• Reliable, punctual attendance; ability to work flexible hours including some weekends as harvest cycles require.
• Prior cultivation, agriculture, greenhouse, or horticulture experience is a plus but not required.

Background Check Instructions
All candidates must complete BOTH of the following background checks prior to their start date. Please follow the
step-by-step instructions below for each, and share the completed reports with Amaze Cultivation as soon as they are
received.
01 FBI BACKGROUND CHECK (FEDERAL)
1. Go to the IdentoGO Enrollment Website. — Visit: https://uenroll.identogo.com/
2. Select the Correct Service. — On the homepage, choose “FBI Background Check” as the service type.
3. Schedule Your Appointment. — Click “Schedule and Manage Appointment.”
4. Complete the Online Registration Form. — Fill out all required fields, including your personal details and any
additional requested information.
5. Choose the Correct Location. — When selecting a fingerprinting/enrollment center, make sure you select the
location near you. Attend the appointment at the selected time and complete the fingerprinting/background check
process.
6. Receive and Download Your Report. — You will receive your background check results via text message or email,
usually as a link. Download the report once available.
7. Share the Report With Us. — Send the downloaded report to Amaze Cultivation as soon as you receive it.
02 BCI BACKGROUND CHECK (KENTUCKY STATE)
1. Go to the Background Check Portal. — Visit: https://kcoj.kycourts.net/PublicMenu/
2. Register for an Account. — Select “Register” and create an account using your personal details. (If you already
have an account, log in instead.)
3. Request a Background Check for Employment. — After logging in, choose the option to Request Background
Check and select “EMPLOYMENT” as the purpose.
4. Pay the Fee. — Complete payment for the background check. Fee: $25.00.
5. Submit the Request. — Review your information carefully and submit your request through the portal.
6. Retrieve Your Background Check PDF. — Once the request is processed, return to the same website and log in to
your account. The background check will be provided as a PDF document available for download.
7. Download and Share the PDF. — Download the PDF and share it with Amaze Cultivation as soon as you receive it.
