Community Health Worker (Full-Time)
Pay: Up to $20.00/hour

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct community outreach and provide health education.
• Help individuals navigate the healthcare system, including Medicare.
• Support people dealing with addiction and other health challenges.
• Collect data and maintain client records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on health promotion programs.
• Speak publicly to educate the community about health and wellness.
• Use motivational interviewing to encourage healthy behavior changes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of medical terminology.
• Experience in addiction counseling or related fields (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach.
