Building and Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Building & Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance and facility operations within our manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in supporting equipment reliability, facility upkeep, safety, and overall plant performance.

Lead and develop maintenance technicians

Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems

Manage facility systems, vendors, contractors, and maintenance inventory

Support safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and capital projects

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance, Engineering, or related field preferred

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing

• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC systems

• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs preferred

• Working knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, and safety standards

• Experience managing facility systems and infrastructure is highly preferred

Work Environment:

Manufacturing plant environment with exposure to machinery, noise, heat, and industrial conditions. Requires walking, climbing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).

May require availability outside normal hours for emergencies or critical issues.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
