-Must be 18

– Have a Valid KY Drivers License

Program Costs and Student Responsibility
*Tuition: This course is FREE for students through Pathways UP Adult Education.
*Permit/License Fees: Our Program will cover the standard state DMV fees for your CDL Permit.
* DOT Physical: Students are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own DOT Physical (Medical Edaminer’s Certificate) and drug screening. This mus be completed to be eligible for your CDL Permit.
Enrollment an Testing (Required Before May 1st)
To be eligible for the upcoming cohort, you must complete the following a the Nelson County Adult Education Office:
-Intake Paperwork: Official state forms
-Reading TABE Test: This assessment ensures you are ready for the technical reading required for the FMCSA curriculum.
