Paint Team Leader #6045

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / CRITERIA: (EDUCATION LEVEL, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, DIMENSIONS, ETC.)

1. Perform PDCA when abnormal happens
2. Knowledge of Kanban System.
3. Lead Operator Experience preferred.
4. Knowledge of TPS.
5. Overtime as needed.

2. Daily Management  Service Parts
3. Report to SV. Maintain Log Books (SKYT
4. Follow Company Policy/Rules Meetings, Training,
5. Absenteeism Coverage Start up, any Info from SV)
6. First, Middle and Last piece checks  Inspection of Certified Shipments
7.  Safety Stock Rotation
8. Standardization Assurance 1 Team Member Evaluations
9. Trials (New Processes)  Defect and PPM Graphs
10. Process Arrangement Set-up  Report and Record Downtime
11. Establish Standard Work for New Processes 
12. Patterns  Training Matrix
13. Scheduling Kanbans
