XtraChene General Labor Job Description 

1. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
   1. Bagging product
   2. Placing finished product on pallets
2. Pushing and pulling of carts may be required
   1. Carts will be full of raw staves or in process product
3. Twisting and turning
   1. Assembling product and placing in finished goods box/bag
4. Reaching overhead
   1. Overhead lifting of 40lbs is possible
5. Standing for long periods of time
6. Operation of saw will be required
   1. Feed saw
   2. Catch off of the other end to complete process or pass to next process
7. Bending will be required
8. Operating heating ovens up to temps of over 400 degrees
   1. Carts will be inside some ovens and will be hot
9. Some amount of dust will be present
10. Pinch points are present
11. Pallet jack operation will be required
12. Fast pace operation
