Amaze Cultivation is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, inventory, and supply operations at our Lebanon, Kentucky
production facility. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the accurate flow of freight in and out of the facility, maintaining organized
and well-stocked storage areas, and keeping detailed inventory records in full compliance with Kentucky cannabis regulations. This is a
hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage both people and
logistics in a fast-paced production environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, inspect, and document all incoming freight and deliveries; verify quantities, condition, and accuracy against orders.
Distribute freight, materials, and supplies to the appropriate departments and storage locations throughout the facility.
Track inventory levels and movement; maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory data log at all times.
Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to maximize space, efficiency, and ease of access.
Order supplies, materials, and equipment as needed; monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent shortages.
Reconcile inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and report variances to leadership.
Adhere to all Kentucky state cannabis compliance regulations, recordkeeping requirements, and seed-to-sale tracking protocols.
Follow strict biosecurity protocols at all times to prevent contamination, pests, or pathogens.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of warehouse areas and equipment.
Operate and oversee safe use of warehouse equipment, pallet jacks, and lifting tools.
Coordinate with cultivation and production teams to ensure timely availability of supplies and materials.
Wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required for each task and area.
Support team operations and complete other duties as assigned by facility leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age (Kentucky cannabis industry requirement).
Must successfully pass both a federal (FBI) and state (Kentucky BCI) background check; no disqualifying felony convictions.
Must obtain a valid Cannabis Business Employee Agent ID issued by the Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis prior to beginning on-site
work.
Prior warehouse, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain experience strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to maintain accurate records.
Comfortable using inventory tracking software, spreadsheets, and data logs.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
Must be willing and able to follow strict biosecurity protocols and wear proper PPE.
Reliable, punctual attendance; ability to work flexible hours including some weekends as production cycles require.

Background Check Instructions
All candidates must complete BOTH of the following background checks prior to their start date. Please follow the step-by-step instructions
below for each, and share the completed reports with Amaze Cultivation as soon as they are received.
01FBI BACKGROUND CHECK (FEDERAL)
1. Go to the IdentoGO Enrollment Website. — Visit: https://uenroll.identogo.com/
2. Select the Correct Service. — On the homepage, choose “FBI Background Check” as the service type.
3. Schedule Your Appointment. — Click “Schedule and Manage Appointment.”
4. Complete the Online Registration Form. — Fill out all required fields, including your personal details and any additional requested
information.
5. Choose the Correct Location. — When selecting a fingerprinting/enrollment center, make sure you select the location near you.
Attend the appointment at the selected time and complete the fingerprinting/background check process.
6. Receive and Download Your Report. — You will receive your background check results via text message or email, usually as a link.
Download the report once available.
7. Share the Report With Us. — Send the downloaded report to Amaze Cultivation as soon as you receive it.
02BCI BACKGROUND CHECK (KENTUCKY STATE)
1. Go to the Background Check Portal. — Visit: https://kcoj.kycourts.net/PublicMenu/
2. Register for an Account. — Select “Register” and create an account using your personal details. (If you already have an account, log
in instead.)
3. Request a Background Check for Employment. — After logging in, choose the option to Request Background Check and select
“EMPLOYMENT” as the purpose.
4. Pay the Fee. — Complete payment for the background check. Fee: $25.00.
5. Submit the Request. — Review your information carefully and submit your request through the portal.
6. Retrieve Your Background Check PDF. — Once the request is processed, return to the same website and log in to your account. The
background check will be provided as a PDF document available for download.
7. Download and Share the PDF. — Download the PDF and share it with Amaze Cultivation as soon as you receive it.
