POSITION REQUIREMENTS / CRITERIA: (EDUCATION LEVEL, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, DIMENSIONS, ETC.)

• 3 Years Team Leader in manufacturing or work experience in equivalent position
• Ability to manage section with special knowledge (daily management)
• Respond to abnormal situations & solve problems understanding QCD
• Basic knowledge of Toyota Production System
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Excellent Problem Solving/Decision Making Skills
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple tasks
• Overtime as needed

KEY JOB DUTIES

• Off Shift
• Follow company rules and policies
• Communicate to other departments to achieve the target/goal (Hoshin) performing PDCA & problem-solving method
• Daily monitoring of attendance/PTO, and planning or reacting to absenteeism
• Train Team Leaders, Lead Operators and Team Members
• Lead Kaizen activities
• Countermeasure activities
• Kanban calculations
  Prepare and Conduct Beginning Shift Meetings

Salary Range: $60,000+ (Depending on experience)
