POSITION REQUIREMENTS / CRITERIA: (EDUCATION LEVEL, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, DIMENSIONS, ETC.)
- 3 Years Team Leader in manufacturing or work experience in equivalent position
- Ability to manage section with special knowledge (daily management)
- Respond to abnormal situations & solve problems understanding QCD
- Basic knowledge of Toyota Production System
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Excellent Problem Solving/Decision Making Skills
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple tasks
- Overtime as needed
KEY JOB DUTIES
- Off Shift
- Follow company rules and policies
- Communicate to other departments to achieve the target/goal (Hoshin) performing PDCA & problem-solving method
- Daily monitoring of attendance/PTO, and planning or reacting to absenteeism
- Train Team Leaders, Lead Operators and Team Members
- Lead Kaizen activities
- Countermeasure activities
- Kanban calculations
Prepare and Conduct Beginning Shift Meetings
Salary Range: $60,000+ (Depending on experience)
