Quality Inspector and Sorter

Our production plant is currently seeking a quality inspector and sorter. The applicant will be responsible for performing tests on products at various stages of production and be responsible for sorting inventory with quality issues. We offer generous paid time off and great full-time benefits.

Compensation:  $12.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Quality checks during every production phase
• Coordinate quality inspections with quality and production manager
• Monitor the production process
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks
• Fill out daily quality charts and reports
• Check and sort inventory
• Maintain measuring equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience with quality inspection in manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of measuring devices like gauges, tape measures, calipers and computers
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
• Keen attention to detail
