Company Overview
We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a skilled and motivated Punch Press Die Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving punch press dies to ensure safe and efficient production operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on punch press dies and tooling.
• Troubleshoot and repair damaged or worn die components.
• Disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble dies.
• Operate surface grinders, machines, and other tool room equipment.
• Modify and improve dies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Support production teams in resolving tooling-related issues.
• Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in die maintenance, tool & die, or metal stamping operations preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of punch press tooling and metal stamping processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tool & Die Maker certification or equivalent experience.
• Welding and machining experience.
• Experience with progressive dies and transfer dies.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday
• Occasional overtime as required
