TG Kentucky, a Tier One Supplier to the Automotive Industry, is currently seeking applications for an
experienced:
Position: PPCC Specialist – 1
st shift
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / CRITERIA: (EDUCATION LEVEL, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING,
DIMENSIONS, ETC.)
 High school diploma or GED equivalent.
 Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
 Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
 Ability to stand for long periods of time while attending trials.
 Ability to lift 15-20 pounds when packing parts.
 Strong problem resolution skills, along team orientation skills.
 Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
KEY JOB DUTIES (PM=Program Manager).
 Support the PM with packing parts for customer trial orders.
 Support the PM’s by attending A and B trials and follow-up countermeasure activities.
 Update trial data into the PPTS and completion dates in the Gateway.
 IATF compliance: Scan completed trial documents into the Part History Folders.
 Route Pre-Production PCR after they are created by the PM.
 Do Department Activity Sheet audits for all departments and report the audit findings to
the PM.
 Cross Train with the PM on morning meetings, customer meetings and attend
Gateways to gain knowledge of the Pre-Production system.
 Support the PM’s as needed.
 Maintain awareness and understand the roles and responsibilities regarding the
environmental policies, management system, and objectives and targets by attending
the required training. Perform all tasks in accordance with the EMS procedures and
practices and minimize the impact of their activities on the environment.
