Full-Time Budtender
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and verify proper identification and documentation
• Provide detailed product information and make recommendations based on customer
needs
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of cannabis strains, products, consumption
methods, and effects
• Stay current on industry trends, new products, and regulations
• Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing display areas
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and counting
• Build customer relationships and loyalty through exceptional service
• Process customer feedback and communicate insights to management
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing product education

Qualifications
• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Cannabis knowledge or enthusiasm to learn required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Valid state-required cannabis worker permit/badge
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
