Accepting applications for a Maintenance Mechanic. Position performs general maintenance for Public Housing units. Should be familiar with all types of general maintenance. Required to work with all employees and residents of the Housing Authority. Must be able to abide by all Housing Authority rules and regulations. Must be willing and able to obtain Pest Control Certification within first year of employment.
Must have High School Diploma or GED, maintenance experience preferred. Must have a valid Kentucky driver’s license and be able to operate a variety of equipment and use a variety of hand tools.
Position has a starting wage reate of 15.00 /hr. with an outstanding benefits package including health and dental insurance, retirement, sick and vacation time, and multiple paid Holidays.
