TG Kentucky, a Tier One Supplier to the Automotive Industry, is currently seeking applications for an
experienced:
Position: IATF 16949 Systems Coordinator – 1
st shift
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / CRITERIA: (EDUCATION LEVEL, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING,
DIMENSIONS, ETC.)
 High school diploma or GED and 2-3 year Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
 Thorough / working knowledge of applicable quality standards
 Thorough / working knowledge of plant quality systems.
 Certified auditor – able to train internal auditors
 Ability to prioritize / self-directed.
 Ability to report / present audit findings to upper management.
 Knowledge of IATF requirements a plus
 Ability to train team members – quality requirements.
 Ability to compile and give reports on audit findings / quality concerns.
 Knowledge of audit protocol – surveillance and internal audits.
 Ability to create documents / systems.
 Ability to see interaction of all QMS documents and to maintain accuracy and current
 Revision levels for all documentation.
 Ability to audit production floor to determine weakness and root cause of abnormal
 Conditions in order to countermeasure and eliminate these problems.
 Ability to work / communicate well with internal auditors regarding scheduling, resolution of conflicts and
in training.
 Ability to partner with Managers in determining root cause and implementing corrective actions as a
result of internal audit findings.
KEY JOB DUTIES
 Audit Production Floor to current standard – maintain audit readiness in all areas – all shifts.
 Continually improve systems / work conditions / though implementation of TS Correction Actions with
the Management Team.
 Review production floor documentation for accuracy and current revision level
 Support Quality Manager / GM as requested.
 Function as Mgmt. Rep during Third Party surveillance audits – as needed (IATF & CCC).
 Oversee and train personnel for document and data control.
 Create / implement / train team members to new and existing quality systems.
 Support Management Representative of quality management system as needed during (IATF & CCC) –
including certification, surveillance and customer audits.
 Maintain awareness and understand the roles and responsibilities regarding the environmental policies,
management system, and objectives and targets by attending the required training. Perform all tasks in
accordance with the EMS procedures and practices and minimize the impact of their activities on the
environment.
 Customer Specific Requirement (CSR) Mapping – understanding current and new customer
requirements and their relationship to ISO/IATF standards and ensuring that TGKY systems include
processes for all.
