The city of Lebanon will received applications unitil 4:00 PM , Friday, September 13, 2024 for the position of TELECOMMUNICATOR (Dispatcher). Applicants must be able to work any shift of any including weekends.  Applicants must be mature, responsible, possess oral communication and typing skills, able to work in stressful circumstances, and must observe confidentiality of information.  Applicant must also successfully complete four weeks training in telecommunications and operation of LINK/NCIC at the Department of Criminal Justice Training in Richmond, Kentucky; preference for applicants holding DOCJT police telecommunications basic training certificate.  High School diploma or GED required.
