4:30 PM-1 AM

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / CRITERIA: (EDUCATION LEVEL, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, DIMENSIONS, ETC.)

•  Basic Knowledge of TPS
•  Excellent Written and Oral Communications Skills
•  Excellent Problem Solving/Decision Making Skills
•  Excellent attendance
•  Self motivated and must have the ability to motivate others
•  Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple tasks
•  Previous supervisory experience a plus
•  Overtime as needed

KEY JOB DUTIES

•  2nd Shift Position
•  Familiar and responsible for enforcement of policies and procedures
•  Clear communication to the other shift Supervisors and Manager
•  Daily monitoring of attendance (e-time), approval/disapproval of PPL, EV, etc., and planning or reacting to absenteeism
•  Leading Kaizen activity
•  Production planning to meet customer demand
•  Responsible for Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale
•  Support TGKY goals and objectives
•  Excellent 5s aptitude
•  Problem Solving Activities
•  Countermeasure Activities
•  Kanban Calculations
•  Train Team Leaders
