Are you a tech-savvy administrative professional with a great eye for detail?

We are seeking a reliable and organized Regulatory Compliance Assistant to support our Regulatory Compliance team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong clerical, computer, and data entry skills who is eager to learn about food safety, ingredient, and labeling regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Documentation Support: Assist with updating and maintaining ingredient documents, finished product documents, and food safety documents.
• Data Entry & Filing: Keep accurate digital and physical records of work activities for monthly reviews.
• Product Inquiry Support: Help prepare timely responses to product inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Regulatory Submissions: Assist with preparing and submitting paperwork for certifications (e.g., Kosher).
• Label Proofing: Assist with preparing and reviewing finished product label proofs.
• Safety Support: Actively participate as a member of the HACCP team and assist with internal audits and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is required.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to organize documents.
• Desire to Learn: A curious mindset, eager to learn about food safety regulations (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable in Production Environment: Able to work around airborne dust, ingredient particles, and strong aromas.
