Program Manager

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / CRITERIA: (EDUCATION LEVEL, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, DIMENSIONS, ETC.)

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3 – 5 years’ experience with project management and J.I.T. systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software especially Word, Excel and Graphs
• Excellent people skills and ability to handle problem situations
• Exceptional communication, organization and written skills – ability to handle multiple situations
• Excellent attendance and punctuality a must
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Travel required -at times with little or no notice
• Overtime as required

KEY JOB DUTIES

•  Planning, control and development of project baseline schedules for new projects
•  Monitor drawing release
•  Interface with customers and suppliers
•  E.C.I. control and inventory management
•  Tracking of trials performed and follow-up of new project activities
•  Develop master schedules for new project start up
•  Work with production, technical and quality for successful start of new projects
•  Monitor trials and follow-up countermeasure activities
•  Tracking of engineering change instructions (ECI)
•  Traveling
•  Other duties as assigned
