 TG Kentucky, a Tier One Supplier to the Automotive Industry, is currently seeking applications for an experienced:

1st Shift PPCC Program Manager


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management and JIT production systems
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong problem resolution skills, along with customer service and team orientation skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. 
  • Clear, concise written and verbal skills and problem solving skills required.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of team members. 
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office products, particularly MS Project, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.



  • Receive, file and distribute New Parts Notices.
  • Interface with customers as a company window for all Pre-Production requests including capacity surveys and orders.
  • Tacking and evaluating new program progress with all departments.  Ensure a smooth launch as the project manager.
  • Find critical and potential problems that may affect SOP and take action to fix and correct.  Report activities daily to manager.
  • Conduct trials and follow-up countermeasure activities.
  • Monitor drawing release through GPS and distribute to team or attach to request for quote (RFQ).
  • Tracing and implementing of engineering change instructions (ECI).
  • Maintain awareness and understand the roles and responsibilities regarding the environmental policies, management system, and objectives and targets by attending the required training. 
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with the EMS procedures and practices and minimize the impact of their activities on the environment.
