The Marion County Industrial Foundation is managed by Tom Lund.
Lund has more than 25 years experience working with
economic development organizations. He has developed and managed development
organizations in five states.
Since he arrived in Lebanon, Kentucky, Lund has
recruited 18 industries to Marion County, he has developed four industrial parks
and created two industrial incubators to help grow small businesses.
Lund has vast experience in working with officials of
the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development. He has done several Kentucky
Rural Economic Development Authority (KREDA) projects; he has worked on
Industrial Revenue Bonds (IRB) projects; obtained training money for new and
existing industries through Bluegrass State Skills Corporation and has obtained
local incentives for new industrial expansions.
Lund’s experience can be a real asset to any firm
wishing to locate in the Marion County Area.
